プライバシーポリシー

PlayMarkは、スポーツ動画のハイライトを作成・編集するiPhoneアプリです。このプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリの利用に際して、運営者がどのような情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。

本アプリをダウンロードまたはご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。

本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「PlayMark」にのみ適用されます。本アプリに関連するAppleのサービス（App Store、iCloudバックアップ等）、YouTubeおよびGoogleのサービス、その他の第三者サービスには、それぞれの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

本アプリはユーザーアカウントを必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報の登録を求めることなくご利用いただけます。

ユーザーが問い合わせのためにメールを送信した場合、そのメールアドレス、本文、および送信に伴い共有される情報（使用する端末やメールアプリにより異なります）を受領することがあります。受領した情報は問い合わせへの対応のためにのみ使用します。法令上必要な場合を除き、不要になった問い合わせ情報は合理的な期間内に削除するよう努めます。

問い合わせの際には、以下の情報をメールに記載しないでください。

• –Apple ID・パスワード
• –クレジットカード情報・銀行情報

本アプリが対応する動画（YouTube動画および写真ライブラリ内の動画）は、いずれも運営者のサーバーへ送信されません。動画データの処理はすべてユーザーの端末内で行われます。

運営者は動画の内容を解析・収集しません。動画データをAIモデルの学習・改善に使用することもありません。

本アプリは、ユーザーが明示的に選択した写真ライブラリ内の動画のみを参照します。ユーザーが選択していない写真・動画には、本アプリの機能としてアクセスしません。

写真ライブラリへのアクセスにはiOSの権限設定が必要です。権限の付与・変更はiPhoneの「設定」からいつでも行えます。写真ライブラリ内の動画はユーザーの端末内のみで参照し、外部サーバーへ送信しません。

本アプリは、YouTube動画をアプリ内で参照する機能を提供します。YouTube動画は、YouTubeが提供するプレーヤーまたはAPI等を通じてYouTube上のコンテンツを表示するものであり、運営者がYouTube動画をダウンロード、保存、または独自サーバーへ転送することはありません。

YouTubeの利用に際しては、Googleの利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）およびGoogleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。YouTubeへのアクセスを通じてGoogleが独自に収集・処理する情報については、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

ユーザーが作成したハイライトの編集データ（タイムスタンプ、メモ等のマーク情報）は、原則としてユーザーのiPhone内に保存されます。動画ファイル自体は本アプリによって保存されません。運営者はこれらのデータを独自サーバーへ送信または保管せず、端末内のデータを閲覧、修正、または復元することはできません。

運営者は、以下の情報をアプリの機能として収集しません。

• –位置情報
• –ユーザーが選択していない写真・動画
• –動画の内容・映像情報
• –広告識別子（IDFA等）
• –HealthKitデータ
• –ユーザーの端末を識別・追跡するための情報
• –アクセス解析情報（閲覧ページ、滞在時間等）

アプリ内の編集データは、原則としてユーザーのiPhone内に保存されます。運営者独自のクラウド同期機能や自動バックアップ機能は現在提供していません。

ただし、iOSまたはユーザーの端末設定による一般的な端末バックアップ（iCloudバックアップ等）の対象になる可能性があります。これはAppleが提供する端末バックアップの仕組みによるものであり、PlayMark独自のクラウド同期・自動バックアップではありません。

本アプリには買い切り型のアプリ内購入が含まれます。購入はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitを通じて処理されます。運営者は、Apple ID、パスワード、クレジットカード情報、銀行情報等を直接取得しません。購入に関する情報の処理はAppleが行います。

App Storeの利用、端末の動作、アプリのダウンロード・更新・購入等を通じて、Appleが購入履歴、端末情報、診断情報、利用状況等を独自に収集・処理する場合があります。これらの処理はApple Inc.が独立して行うものであり、PlayMarkの運営者が関与するものではありません。Appleによる情報処理には、Apple自身の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。詳細はAppleの公式情報をご確認ください。

運営者は、以下の場合を除き、受領した情報を第三者へ提供しません。

• –法令に基づく開示が必要な場合
• –ユーザーの同意がある場合

運営者は、ユーザーの動画・編集データその他の情報を第三者へ販売しません。これらのデータを広告の配信・ターゲティングに使用しません。これらのデータをAIモデルの学習・改善に使用しません。

アプリ内のデータは、ユーザーが削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存される場合があります。アンインストール時にデータが削除されるかどうかは、iOSのバージョンや端末の設定によって異なる場合があります。アプリのアンインストール前に必要なデータを確認することをお勧めします。

アプリを削除した後、または端末の故障・紛失・初期化・OSの不具合・誤操作等によりデータが失われた場合、運営者は端末内データを保有していないため、原則として復元することができません。

問い合わせによって受領した情報については、対応が完了した後、法令上必要な場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除するよう努めます。

本アプリは、意図的に13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。子どもが本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の管理・判断のもとでご利用ください。

ユーザーの編集データは原則として端末内に保存されており、端末のセキュリティ機能（パスコード、Face ID、Touch ID等）によって保護されます。

将来、クラウド同期・バックアップ等の新機能を追加した場合は、その機能に関する情報の取り扱いを本ポリシーに反映し、更新します。機能の追加によって新たに情報の収集・処理が生じる場合は、適切なタイミングでユーザーへ通知します。

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠して作成されています。日本国外からご利用の場合でも本ポリシーが適用されますが、お住まいの地域に適用される強行的な消費者保護法上の権利はこれによって排除されません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、変更後のポリシーを本ページに掲載することにより通知します。引き続き本アプリをご利用いただくことで、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

PlayMark is an iPhone app for creating and editing sports video highlights. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we handle information in connection with the app.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies only to the iOS app "PlayMark." Services provided by Apple (such as the App Store and iCloud Backup), YouTube and Google services, and any other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

PlayMark does not require you to create an account. You can use the app without providing your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identifiers.

If you contact us by email for support, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information included with the email (which may vary depending on your device and email client). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We will make reasonable efforts to delete inquiry information within a reasonable period once it is no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.

Please do not include the following in support emails:

• –Apple ID or password
• –Credit card or bank information

Videos used in PlayMark — both YouTube videos and photo library videos — are not sent to our servers. All video processing is performed locally on your device.

We do not analyze or collect video content. We do not use video data to train or improve AI models.

PlayMark only accesses videos in your photo library that you explicitly select. The app does not access photos or videos you have not selected.

Photo library access requires your permission through iOS settings. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in iPhone Settings. Photo library videos are only referenced on your device and are never sent to any external server.

PlayMark provides a feature to view YouTube videos within the app. YouTube videos are displayed through YouTube's player or APIs, referencing content on YouTube. We do not download, store, or transfer YouTube videos to our own servers.

Use of YouTube is subject to Google's Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information about data Google independently collects through YouTube access.

The highlight edit data you create (timestamps, notes, and other mark information) is stored on your iPhone. The app does not save video files themselves. We do not transmit this data to our own servers, and we cannot view, modify, or restore the data stored on your device.

We do not collect the following through the app's functionality:

• –Location data
• –Photos or videos you have not selected
• –Video content or visual information
• –Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA)
• –HealthKit data
• –Information used to identify or track you across apps or services
• –Usage analytics (pages viewed, time spent, etc.)

Your edit data is stored locally on your iPhone. PlayMark does not currently provide its own cloud sync or automatic backup service.

Your data may be included in standard device backups handled by iOS or your device settings, such as iCloud Backup. This is part of Apple's device backup system, not a PlayMark cloud service.

The app includes a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your Apple ID, password, credit card information, or bank details. Apple handles all payment processing.

Apple may independently collect and process information such as purchase history, device information, diagnostic data, and usage statistics in connection with the App Store, device operation, and app downloads, updates, and purchases. This processing is performed independently by Apple Inc. and is not controlled by PlayMark. Apple's own terms of service and privacy policy govern their data handling. Please refer to Apple's official resources for details.

We do not share information we receive with third parties, except:

• –When required by applicable law
• –With your explicit consent

We do not sell your video data, edit data, or any other information to third parties. We do not use your data for ad targeting or delivery. We do not use your data to train or improve AI models.

Your in-app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Whether data is removed upon uninstallation may depend on your iOS version and device settings.

If data is lost due to uninstallation, device failure, loss, factory reset, OS issues, or accidental actions, we cannot restore it because we do not hold copies of your device data.

Information received through support inquiries will be deleted within a reasonable period after the matter is resolved, except where retention is required by law.

PlayMark is not designed to collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and we do not intentionally do so. If a child uses this app, parental guidance is recommended as appropriate.

Your edit data is stored on your device and is protected by your device's security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

If we introduce new features such as cloud sync or backup in the future, we will update this Policy to reflect how information is handled for those features. Where new features involve additional collection or processing of information, we will notify users at an appropriate time.

This Policy is written in accordance with Japanese law. It applies regardless of where you access the app. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

If we make changes to this Policy, we will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
