プライバシーポリシー

Loop Workoutは、日々のワークアウトや運動の実施状況を記録・管理するiPhoneアプリです。このプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリの利用に際して、運営者がどのような情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。

本アプリをダウンロードまたはご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。

本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「Loop Workout」にのみ適用されます。本アプリに関連するAppleのサービス（App Store、iCloudバックアップ等）、その他の第三者サービスには、それぞれの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

本アプリはユーザーアカウントを必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報の登録を求めることなくご利用いただけます。

ユーザーが問い合わせのためにメールを送信した場合、そのメールアドレス、本文、および送信に伴い共有される情報（使用する端末やメールアプリにより異なります）を受領することがあります。受領した情報は問い合わせへの対応のためにのみ使用します。法令上必要な場合を除き、不要になった問い合わせ情報は合理的な期間内に削除するよう努めます。

問い合わせの際には、以下の情報をメールに記載しないでください。

• –Apple ID・パスワード
• –クレジットカード情報・銀行情報
• –必要以上に詳細な健康情報

ユーザーが登録したワークアウト項目、実施日、実施状況、その他アプリ内で入力した情報は、原則としてユーザーのiPhone内に保存されます。運営者はこれらのデータを独自のサーバーへ送信または保管しません。運営者はユーザーの端末内に保存された記録を閲覧、修正、または復元することはできません。

運営者は、以下の情報をアプリの機能として収集しません。

• –位置情報
• –写真・カメラ・マイク・連絡先
• –HealthKitデータ
• –広告識別子（IDFA等）
• –ユーザーの端末を識別・追跡するための情報
• –アクセス解析情報（閲覧ページ、滞在時間等）

アプリ内のデータは、原則としてユーザーのiPhone内に保存されます。運営者独自のクラウド同期機能や自動バックアップ機能は提供していません。

ただし、iOSまたはユーザーの端末設定による一般的な端末バックアップ（iCloudバックアップ等）の対象になる可能性があります。これはAppleが提供する端末バックアップの仕組みによるものであり、Loop Workout独自のクラウド同期・自動バックアップではありません。

本アプリはデータのエクスポート機能を提供しています。エクスポートされたファイルには、ユーザーが登録したワークアウト項目や実施記録等が含まれる場合があります。エクスポート後のファイルの保存先、共有方法、管理はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。信頼できない第三者へエクスポートファイルを送信することはお控えください。

本アプリはデータのインポート機能も提供しています。インポートの際には、ユーザーが選択したファイルを端末上で読み込みます。インポート処理の過程で、運営者がファイルの内容を受領したり保管したりすることはありません。

エクスポートおよびインポート機能は、提供時点のアプリおよび対応するファイル形式に基づく補助的な機能です。将来のiOS、本アプリ、端末、ファイル形式その他の仕様変更により、過去にエクスポートしたファイルをインポートできなくなる場合があります。運営者は、エクスポートファイルの将来にわたる互換性、読込み、復元、完全性またはデータ移行の成功を保証しません。

本アプリはローカル通知機能を提供しています。通知はiOSの通知機能を利用して端末上で処理されます。通知情報は運営者のサーバーへ送信されません。ユーザーはiPhoneの「設定」からLoop Workoutの通知を無効にすることができます。

本アプリには買い切り型のアプリ内購入が含まれます。購入はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitを通じて処理されます。運営者は、Apple ID、パスワード、クレジットカード情報、銀行情報等を直接取得しません。購入に関する情報の処理はAppleが行います。

App Storeの利用、端末の動作、アプリのダウンロード・更新・購入等を通じて、Appleが購入履歴、端末情報、診断情報、利用状況等を独自に収集・処理する場合があります。これらの処理はApple Inc.が独立して行うものであり、Loop Workoutの運営者が関与するものではありません。Appleによる情報処理には、Apple自身の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。詳細はAppleの公式情報をご確認ください。

運営者は、以下の場合を除き、受領した情報を第三者へ提供しません。

• –法令に基づく開示が必要な場合
• –ユーザーの同意がある場合

運営者は、ユーザーのワークアウト記録その他の情報を第三者へ販売しません。これらのデータを広告の配信・ターゲティングに使用しません。これらのデータをAIモデルの学習・改善に使用しません。

アプリ内のデータは、ユーザーが削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存される場合があります。アンインストール時にデータが削除されるかどうかは、iOSのバージョンや端末の設定によって異なる場合があります。アプリのアンインストール前に必要なデータをエクスポートすることをお勧めします。

アプリを削除した後、または端末の故障・紛失・初期化・OSの不具合・誤操作等によりデータが失われた場合、運営者は端末内データを保有していないため、原則として復元することができません。必要なデータはご自身でエクスポートし、安全な場所に保管してください。

問い合わせによって受領した情報については、対応が完了した後、法令上必要な場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除するよう努めます。

本アプリは、意図的に13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。また、年齢だけを理由に過度な個人情報の入力を求める構成にはなっていません。子どもが本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の管理・判断のもとでご利用ください。

ユーザーのデータは原則として端末内に保存されており、端末のセキュリティ機能（パスコード、Face ID、Touch ID等）によって保護されます。エクスポートされたファイルは端末外に書き出されるため、その後の管理はユーザー自身の責任となります。

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠して作成されています。日本国外からご利用の場合でも本ポリシーが適用されますが、お住まいの地域に適用される強行的な消費者保護法上の権利はこれによって排除されません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、変更後のポリシーを本ページに掲載することにより通知します。引き続き本アプリをご利用いただくことで、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

Loop Workout is an iPhone app for recording and tracking your workouts and physical activities. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we handle information in connection with the app.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies only to the iOS app "Loop Workout." Services provided by Apple (such as the App Store and iCloud Backup) and any other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Loop Workout does not require you to create an account. You can use the app without providing your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identifiers.

If you contact us by email for support, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information included with the email (which may vary depending on your device and email client). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We will make reasonable efforts to delete inquiry information within a reasonable period once it is no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.

Please do not include the following in support emails:

• –Apple ID or password
• –Credit card or bank information
• –More detailed health information than necessary

The workout items you create, your activity logs, dates, and other information you enter in the app are stored on your iPhone. We do not transmit this data to our own servers, and we cannot view, modify, or restore the data stored on your device.

We do not collect the following through the app's functionality:

• –Location data
• –Photos, camera, microphone, or contacts
• –HealthKit data
• –Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA)
• –Information used to identify or track you across apps or services
• –Usage analytics (pages viewed, time spent, etc.)

Your workout data is stored locally on your iPhone. Loop Workout does not provide its own cloud sync or automatic backup service.

Your data may be included in standard device backups handled by iOS or your device settings, such as iCloud Backup. This is part of Apple's device backup system, not a Loop Workout cloud service.

The app includes an export feature. Exported files may contain the workout items and activity records you have entered. Once a file is exported, you are responsible for storing it safely and managing how it is shared. Do not send exported files to parties you do not trust.

The app also includes an import feature. During import, the selected file is processed on your device. We do not receive or store the contents of files during the import process.

The export and import features are supplementary functions based on the App and supported file formats available at the time of use. Changes to iOS, the App, devices, file formats, or other technical specifications may prevent previously exported files from being imported in the future. We do not guarantee the future compatibility, readability, restoration, completeness, or successful migration of exported files.

Loop Workout uses iOS local notifications, which are processed on your device. Notification data is not sent to our servers. You can disable notifications for Loop Workout in your iPhone's Settings app.

The app includes a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your Apple ID, password, credit card information, or bank details. Apple handles all payment processing.

Apple may independently collect and process information such as purchase history, device information, diagnostic data, and usage statistics in connection with the App Store, device operation, and app downloads, updates, and purchases. This processing is performed independently by Apple Inc. and is not controlled by Loop Workout. Apple's own terms of service and privacy policy govern their data handling. Please refer to Apple's official resources for details.

We do not share information we receive with third parties, except:

• –When required by applicable law
• –With your explicit consent

We do not sell your workout data or any other information to third parties. We do not use your data for ad targeting or delivery. We do not use your data to train or improve AI models.

Your in-app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Whether data is removed upon uninstallation may depend on your iOS version and device settings. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling.

If data is lost due to uninstallation, device failure, loss, factory reset, OS issues, or accidental actions, we cannot restore it because we do not hold copies of your device data. Please export and store important data in a safe location.

Information received through support inquiries will be deleted within a reasonable period after the matter is resolved, except where retention is required by law.

Loop Workout is not designed to collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and we do not intentionally do so. The app does not require age-related personal information to function. If a child uses this app, parental guidance is recommended as appropriate.

Your data is stored on your device and is protected by your device's security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. Once a file is exported from the app, you are responsible for its security.

This Policy is written in accordance with Japanese law. It applies regardless of where you access the app. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

If we make changes to this Policy, we will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
