プライバシーポリシー

STASHは、ダンサーのためのiPhone撮影アプリです。このプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリの利用に際して、運営者がどのような情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。

本アプリをダウンロードまたはご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなします。

本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「STASH」にのみ適用されます。本アプリに関連するAppleのサービス（App Store、iCloudバックアップ等）、その他の第三者サービスには、それぞれの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

本アプリはユーザーアカウントを必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等の個人情報の登録を求めることなくご利用いただけます。

ユーザーが問い合わせのためにメールを送信した場合、そのメールアドレス、本文、および送信に伴い共有される情報（使用する端末やメールアプリにより異なります）を受領することがあります。受領した情報は問い合わせへの対応のためにのみ使用します。法令上必要な場合を除き、不要になった問い合わせ情報は合理的な期間内に削除するよう努めます。

問い合わせの際には、以下の情報をメールに記載しないでください。

• –Apple ID・パスワード
• –クレジットカード情報・銀行情報

本アプリは撮影機能のためにiPhoneのカメラを使用します。カメラへのアクセスにはiOSの権限設定が必要です。権限を付与しない場合、撮影機能をご利用いただけません。

動画撮影の際は、映像とともに音声（マイク）も記録されます。撮影した映像・音声データは端末内および写真ライブラリに保存され、STASHの独自サーバーへ送信されることはありません。

本アプリは、カメラに映ったユーザーのポーズを検出して撮影操作（録画の開始・停止等）に利用します。ポーズ検出はお使いの端末上でリアルタイムに処理されます。

ポーズ検出のためにカメラ映像がSTASHの独自サーバーへ送信されることはありません。検出された姿勢情報は操作トリガーとして端末内でのみ利用され、保存・送信されません。

本アプリは写真ライブラリへのアクセス権限を使用します。写真ライブラリへのアクセスにはiOSの権限設定が必要です。権限の付与・変更はiPhoneの「設定」からいつでも行えます。

写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、撮影した動画の保存、およびSTASHが保存した動画の表示・再生・削除のために使用します。ユーザーがSTASH以外で保存した写真や動画を閲覧・取得することはありません。また、写真ライブラリの内容を外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。

本アプリで撮影した動画は、最終的に写真ライブラリに保存されます。録画・書き出し処理のために端末内に一時ファイルが作成される場合がありますが、通常は処理完了後に削除されます。写真ライブラリへの保存に失敗した場合、一時ファイルがアプリ領域に残ることがあります。撮影した動画・音声を運営者のサーバーへアップロードすることはありません。動画・音声の内容を解析・収集したり、AIモデルの学習等に使用したりすることもありません。

本アプリが端末内に保存する情報は、アプリの設定情報等です。撮影した動画は写真ライブラリに保存されます。また、トラブルシューティングのための診断情報が端末内に保存される場合があります。この診断情報は自動的に外部へ送信されません。ユーザーが明示的に共有操作を行った場合のみ、iOS標準の共有機能を通じて共有されます。運営者はこれらのデータを独自サーバーへ送信または保管せず、端末内のデータを閲覧、修正、または復元することはできません。

運営者は、以下の情報をアプリの機能として収集しません。

• –位置情報
• –連絡先
• –HealthKitデータ
• –広告識別子（IDFA等）
• –ユーザーの端末を識別・追跡するための情報
• –撮影した動画の内容

本アプリにはSTASH Proとしての自動更新サブスクリプションが含まれます。購入・課金はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKit 2を通じて処理されます。運営者は、Apple ID、パスワード、クレジットカード情報、銀行情報等を直接取得しません。購入に関する情報の処理はAppleが行います。

App Storeの利用、端末の動作、アプリのダウンロード・更新・購入等を通じて、Appleが購入履歴、端末情報、診断情報、利用状況等を独自に収集・処理する場合があります。これらの処理はApple Inc.が独立して行うものであり、STASHの運営者が関与するものではありません。Appleによる情報処理には、Apple自身の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。詳細はAppleの公式情報をご確認ください。

本アプリは、アプリの動作に必要なAppleのフレームワーク・サービスを利用しています。ユーザーの利用状況を収集するための分析サービスや、第三者のクラッシュレポートサービスは現在利用していません。

運営者は、以下の場合を除き、受領した情報を第三者へ提供しません。

• –法令に基づく開示が必要な場合
• –ユーザーの同意がある場合

運営者は、ユーザーの動画・撮影データその他の情報を第三者へ販売しません。これらのデータを広告の配信・ターゲティングに使用しません。これらのデータをAIモデルの学習・改善に使用しません。

撮影した動画は写真ライブラリに保存され、ユーザー自身が管理します。アプリ内の設定情報等は、アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存される場合があります。アンインストール時にデータが削除されるかどうかは、iOSのバージョンや端末の設定によって異なる場合があります。

問い合わせによって受領した情報については、対応が完了した後、法令上必要な場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除するよう努めます。

本アプリは、意図的に13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。子どもが本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の管理・判断のもとでご利用ください。

撮影した動画は写真ライブラリに保存され、端末のセキュリティ機能（パスコード、Face ID、Touch ID等）によって保護されます。

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠して作成されています。日本国外からご利用の場合でも本ポリシーが適用されますが、お住まいの地域に適用される強行的な消費者保護法上の権利はこれによって排除されません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、変更後のポリシーを本ページに掲載することにより通知します。引き続き本アプリをご利用いただくことで、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

STASH is an iPhone filming app for dancers. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we handle information in connection with the app.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies only to the iOS app "STASH." Services provided by Apple (such as the App Store and iCloud Backup) and any other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

STASH does not require you to create an account. You can use the app without providing your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identifiers.

If you contact us by email for support, we may receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information included with the email (which may vary depending on your device and email client). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We will make reasonable efforts to delete inquiry information within a reasonable period once it is no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.

Please do not include the following in support emails:

• –Apple ID or password
• –Credit card or bank information

STASH uses your iPhone's camera for filming. Camera access requires your permission through iOS settings. Without this permission, filming features will not be available.

Video recordings include both video and audio (microphone). Recorded footage is saved to your device and photo library and is not sent to STASH servers.

STASH detects your body poses from the camera feed to trigger recording controls such as starting or stopping a recording. Pose detection is processed in real time on your device.

Camera footage is not sent to STASH servers for pose detection. Detected pose information is used only as a control trigger on your device and is not stored or transmitted.

STASH uses photo library access to save recorded videos, and to display, play back, and delete videos that STASH has saved. This requires your permission through iOS settings, which you can grant or update at any time in iPhone Settings.

STASH does not browse, read, or retrieve photos or videos that were not saved by STASH. It does not send photo library content to any external server.

Videos recorded in STASH are ultimately saved to your photo library. Temporary files may be created on your device during recording and processing; these are normally deleted once processing is complete. If saving to the photo library fails, a temporary file may remain in the app's storage area. Recorded videos and audio are not uploaded to our servers. We do not analyze or collect video or audio content, and we do not use it for AI training or any similar purpose.

STASH stores app settings and related information on your device. Recorded videos are saved to your photo library. The app may also save diagnostic information on your device for troubleshooting purposes. This diagnostic information is not automatically sent anywhere — it can only be shared if you explicitly choose to share it using iOS's standard sharing features. We do not transmit this data to our own servers, and we cannot view, modify, or restore data stored on your device.

We do not collect the following through the app's functionality:

• –Location data
• –Contacts
• –HealthKit data
• –Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA)
• –Information used to identify or track you across apps or services
• –The content of recorded videos

STASH includes an auto-renewing subscription (STASH Pro). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit 2. We do not receive your Apple ID, password, credit card information, or bank details. Apple handles all payment processing.

Apple may independently collect and process information such as purchase history, device information, diagnostic data, and usage statistics in connection with the App Store, device operation, and app downloads, updates, and purchases. This processing is performed independently by Apple Inc. and is not controlled by STASH. Apple's own terms of service and privacy policy govern their data handling. Please refer to Apple's official resources for details.

The app uses Apple frameworks and services necessary for its operation. We do not currently use third-party analytics services to collect usage data, or third-party crash reporting services.

We do not share information we receive with third parties, except:

• –When required by applicable law
• –With your explicit consent

We do not sell your video data or any other information to third parties. We do not use your data for ad targeting or delivery. We do not use your data to train or improve AI models.

Recorded videos are saved to your photo library and are managed by you. App settings and related data remain on your device until you uninstall the app. Whether data is removed upon uninstallation may depend on your iOS version and device settings.

Information received through support inquiries will be deleted within a reasonable period after the matter is resolved, except where retention is required by law.

STASH is not designed to collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and we do not intentionally do so. If a child uses this app, parental guidance is recommended as appropriate.

Recorded videos are saved to your photo library and protected by your device's security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

This Policy is written in accordance with Japanese law. It applies regardless of where you access the app. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

If we make changes to this Policy, we will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
