STASHとは

STASHは、ダンサーのためのiPhone撮影アプリです。スマートフォンから離れた場所でもポーズ操作で撮影できるよう設計されています。

–動画は端末内・写真ライブラリに保存
–独自クラウドへのアップロードなし

各モードについて

STASHモード（無料）

ローリング録画機能です。録画を継続しながら、直前の一定時間分の映像をいつでも保存できます。「あの瞬間を撮り逃した」という場面を後から保存するための機能です。STASHモードは無料でご利用いただけます。

RECORDモード（STASH Pro）

通常撮影モードです。ポーズ操作を使って、スマートフォンから離れた場所でも録画の開始・停止ができます。RECORDモードはSTASH Proの対象です。

CYPHERモード（STASH Pro）

複数人がターンごとに交代して踊るサイファー形式の撮影に対応したモードです。連続して撮影し、各ターンの動画を自動で分割して保存します。CYPHERモードはSTASH Proの対象です。

ポーズ操作について

STASHでは、カメラに映った体のポーズを検出して撮影操作を行います。端末を手に取らなくても、特定のポーズをとることで録画の開始・停止などの操作が可能です。

ポーズの検出はお使いの端末内で処理されます。カメラ映像がSTASHのサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

カメラ・写真ライブラリへのアクセス

カメラへのアクセス

STASHの撮影機能を使用するには、カメラへのアクセス権限が必要です。許可していない場合は、iPhoneの「設定」→「STASH」→「カメラ」から許可を変更できます。

写真ライブラリへのアクセス

撮影した動画を写真ライブラリへ保存するには、写真ライブラリへのアクセス権限が必要です。iPhoneの「設定」→「STASH」→「写真」から許可を確認・変更できます。

動画が保存されない場合

–写真ライブラリへのアクセス権限が許可されているか確認する（設定 → STASH → 写真）
–iPhoneの空き容量を確認する（容量不足の場合、保存できないことがあります）
–アプリを完全に終了してから再起動する
–iPhoneを再起動する
–App StoreでSTASHを最新バージョンへ更新する

カメラが起動しない場合

–カメラへのアクセス権限が許可されているか確認する（設定 → STASH → カメラ）
–他のアプリがカメラを使用していないか確認する
–アプリを完全に終了してから再起動する
–iPhoneを再起動する
–App StoreでSTASHを最新バージョンへ更新する

STASH Proについて

STASH Proとは

STASH Proは、RECORDモードとCYPHERモードを利用できるようになる自動更新サブスクリプションです。

無料トライアル

対象ユーザーにはSTASH Proの無料トライアル期間が提供される場合があります。提供条件・期間はApp Storeの購入画面でご確認ください。無料期間終了後は、キャンセルしない限り有料プランへ自動的に移行します。

料金

STASH Proの料金はApp Storeの購入画面に表示される金額をご確認ください。料金や提供条件は地域等によって異なる場合があります。

自動更新

STASH Proは自動更新サブスクリプションです。各更新期間の終了前にキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。更新の24時間以上前にキャンセルしない場合、次の期間分が課金されます。

購入の復元

以前にSTASH Proを購入・契約されていた場合は、アプリ内の購入の復元機能をお試しください。復元には、購入時と同じApple IDでサインインしている必要があります。

サブスクリプションの管理・解約

STASH Proのサブスクリプション管理やキャンセルは、iPhoneの「設定」→ お名前（Apple ID）→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。運営者側でサブスクリプションの変更・解約を行うことはできません。

返金

返金はAppleの手続を通じて行われます。返金を希望する場合は、Appleの公式サポートにお問い合わせください。運営者へメールを送るだけでは返金申請にはなりません。

はじめに確認してください

問い合わせの前に、以下をお試しください。多くの問題はこれで解決します。

–アプリを完全に終了してから再起動する
–iPhoneを再起動する
–App StoreでSTASHを最新バージョンへ更新する
–iOSを、お使いの端末が対応する範囲で新しいバージョンへ更新する
–iPhoneの空き容量を確認する
–カメラ・写真ライブラリへのアクセス権限を確認する
–購入に関する問題の場合は、アプリ内の購入の復元を試みる

バージョン情報の確認方法

以下のいずれかの方法でアプリのバージョンをご確認いただけます。

–iPhoneで「設定」→「一般」→「iPhoneストレージ」→「STASH」から確認する
–App Storeを開き、右上のアカウントアイコンをタップ →「購入済み」からSTASHを選択して確認する

About STASH

About Each Mode

STASH Mode (Free)

A rolling recording feature. While recording continuously, you can save the most recent segment of footage at any time. This is designed for capturing moments you would otherwise miss. STASH Mode is available for free.

RECORD Mode (STASH Pro)

Standard filming mode. You can start and stop recording using pose controls — no need to touch your phone. RECORD Mode requires a STASH Pro subscription.

CYPHER Mode (STASH Pro)

Designed for cypher-style sessions where multiple dancers take turns. The app records continuously and automatically splits the footage at each turn. CYPHER Mode requires a STASH Pro subscription.

About Pose Controls

STASH detects your body poses from the camera feed to trigger recording controls. You can start or stop recording with a specific pose — no need to touch the phone.

Pose detection is processed on your device. Camera footage is not sent to STASH servers.

Camera and Photo Library Access

Camera Access

Camera access is required to use STASH's filming features. If you have not granted permission, go to iPhone Settings → STASH → Camera.

Photo Library Access

Photo library access is required to save recorded videos to your library. Go to iPhone Settings → STASH → Photos to check or update this permission.

If Videos Are Not Being Saved

–Check that photo library access is granted (Settings → STASH → Photos)
–Check that your iPhone has enough available storage
–Fully close the app and relaunch it
–Restart your iPhone
–Update STASH to the latest version in the App Store

If the Camera Won't Start

–Check that camera access is granted (Settings → STASH → Camera)
–Check whether another app is currently using the camera
–Fully close the app and relaunch it
–Restart your iPhone
–Update STASH to the latest version in the App Store

About STASH Pro

What is STASH Pro?

STASH Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks RECORD Mode and CYPHER Mode.

Free Trial

A free trial period may be available for eligible users. Please check the App Store purchase screen for availability and terms. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Pricing

Please check the App Store purchase screen for the current price of STASH Pro. Pricing and availability may vary by region.

Auto-Renewal

STASH Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation does not take effect until the end of the current billing period.

Restoring a Purchase

If you previously subscribed to STASH Pro, try the restore purchase feature in the app. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your STASH Pro subscription, go to iPhone Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions. We cannot make subscription changes or cancellations on your behalf.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple through their official support channels. Sending an email to us does not constitute a refund request.

Try These First

Before contacting us, please try the following steps. They resolve most issues.

–Fully close the app and relaunch it
–Restart your iPhone
–Update STASH to the latest version in the App Store
–Update iOS to the latest version your device supports
–Check that your iPhone has enough available storage
–Check camera and photo library permissions
–For purchase issues, try restoring your purchase from within the app

How to Check the App Version

You can check the app version using either of the following methods:

–Go to iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → STASH
–Open the App Store, tap your account icon in the top right → Purchased → select STASH
